M	Mario Alfonso Carrillo Ruiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a mi cachorrito a que lo revisaran y me dijeron que tenían que operarlo. No nos mostraron la radiografía ni nada, y nos dijeron que había un 50% de probabilidad de que saliera bien. Lo llevamos a otro lugar y resulta que no tenía nada, solo estaba estreñido. No sé si no saben leer bien una radiografía o que pasó, pero quedé muy insatisfecho con este lugar. Sólo me asustaron y casi abren a mi cachorrito sin ser verdaderamente necesitarlo. I took my puppy for a checkup and they told me they had to operate on him. They didn't show us the x-ray or anything, and they told us there was a 50% chance it would turn out okay. We took him to another place and it turns out that he had nothing, he was just constipated. I don't know if they can't read an X-ray well or what happened, but I was very dissatisfied with this place. They just scared me and almost opened my puppy without really needing him.

A mi gato se le estaba cayendo el pelo de su mentón, estaba decaído y casi no quería comer; lo llevé a ALCANUM, le hicieron estudios de sangre y el "diagnóstico" fue que tenía leucemia, que lo mejor era dormirlo o de lo contrario sufriría demasiado. Desesperada busque otra opinión con los estudios que le habían hecho en ALCANUM y resultó ser una infección en el riñón, jamás regresé. Mi gato tenía 5 años en ese entonces, ahora tiene 11 años Terrible experience !! My cat's hair was falling out of his chin, he was down and almost didn't want to eat; I took him to ALCANUM, they did blood tests and the "diagnosis" was that he had leukemia, that it was best to put him to sleep or else he would suffer too much. Desperately looking for another opinion with the studies that had been done in ALCANUM and it turned out to be a kidney infection, I never returned. My cat was 5 years old then, now she is 11 years old

C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre dan diagnósticos equivocados para robarle dinero a los dueños de las mascotas, muy mala praxis, ponen en riesgo la vida de los animales hasta por vacunas que es lo más sencillo de aplicar. La "doctora" que atiende muy grosera y déspota... Asesina. Deberían estar clausurados ???????? They always give wrong diagnoses to steal money from pet owners, very bad practice, they put the lives of animals at risk even for vaccines that is the simplest to apply. The "doctor" who attends very rude and despot ... Murderer. They should be closed ????????

Es la mejor veterinaria que tenemos en Ciudad Granja así que se la recomiendo mucho. Excellent veterinarian, we have been with Dr. Lily for 5 years, excellent care and very professional. I support my dogs in very critical conditions. She is the best vet we have in Ciudad Granja so I highly recommend her.

T	TARO Arquitectura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De lo peor que me he topado, mala praxis, l veterinaria no sabe muchas veces el procedimiento necesario, lleve a mi gato por problemas de orina y me le terminaron dando sobredosis de medicamento para nada solo logró provocarle problemas de vomito excesivo y sin poder defecar. Me sacaron una cantidad exagerada de dinero y solo empeoraron el estado de mi gato sin mencionar la actitud de la “veterinaria” enserio si valoran a sus animales no lo lleven ahí , están de la ching4da
