Excellent price, the location is fine if you live in the area, if you don't crash before reaching the gym (traffic in Cantera is horrible, more so in the mornings and afternoons), they have good equipment (which is not enough in the mornings and evenings, missing especially more pulleys and many bolts on various machines). I renewed my membership this month, but I won't next month, and I don't recommend signing up unless you live very close to the area and it's your best option because of the location. I explain: There is a lack of personnel taking care that the users do not start doing absurd things on the equipment or with the furniture, then the people who come to go start doing very strange things during their routines. They can hurt themselves or others, it is a lot of negligence of the gym to allow themselves to have so few staff on the floor. The only employees are at the front desk, sometimes there are trainers walking around, but they're either chatting, or flirting, or anything but keeping an eye on people. Today I went at 8 am and there were some "influencers" doing things to the models, which seems ridiculous, uncomfortable to see and very unprofessional on the part of the gym; if it is for advertising your gym, do it during times with very few people, or preferably when it is closed. Between the fact that they are distracting and between the fact that it is uncomfortable to feel that you are going to appear in their pretentious photos, you cannot feel comfortable doing your things and your exercise. With the pandemic they say that they are giving disinfectant sprinklers and a rag, so you can clean your equipment after using it, but they never have enough for everyone, and they do not want to put out disposable towels or have more cloth rags available, they should improve on that and in the general cleaning of the gym, because then it gets to smell very bad (more than normal in a gym of this category), and the pigs of their clients stick their gum to the machines (attached photo), and the cleaning staff is absent all day. Then there are people in pure Crocs without socks and it's not only disgusting but dangerous for them, and obviously it can be a problem for the gym. The truth is that the owners must be people who do not care about quality, but rather offer low prices and earn what they can. Since it seems that they are not taking adequate care of their business in general. I was satisfied the first month, but the second it cost me a lot not to take courage. I repeat, do not sign up if it is not convenient for you because of the location, there is nothing special about what they offer.
