★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pan del Alcázar es buenísimo, pero en esta sucursal, el señor que atiende en la mañana es súper grosero y hace caso omiso de las medidas sanitarias, al NO USAR CUBREBOCAS, ni siquiera se lo pone cuando entra la gente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un pastel tres leches cajeta, fue todo lo contrario estaba seco, la atención de quienes atienden no es muy buena y no tienen sistema de transferencia o depósito para hacer un pedido tienes que ir y pagar en sucursal, lo cual se me hace obsoleto y una pérdida de tiempo para el cliente, tampoco tienen sistema de facturación, es una lástima

Atención y servicio del personal muy buena.
Falta de limpieza en el área de las mesas, porque está instalada una señora indigente, que se encarga de ensuciar las afueras de la cafetería, ya que defeca ahí a plena luz del día y en presencia de los comensales.
Tiene sus cobijas, comida en el piso, basura en unas condiciones verdaderamente deplorables.
Los dueños del lugar deben interesarse en subsanar de inmediato este foco de infección que prolifera afuera de la cafetería, en dónde sirven el café. Imagínese.
Yo he tenido que migrar de ahí a otra cafetería cercana, porque yo veo a mis clientes para ofrecer y atender mis servicios profesionales, en lo que les invito un café y pan o pastel.
Cuiden a sus clientes.
Y den solución a esto que ya tiene muchos meses y que va de mal en peor.
