These houses are very well guarded and with electric fencing, you can also have a good time in the gym and later in the pool that is always clean, the houses are very well furnished and with 2 bathrooms, the bad part is that it is very sunny. This place is also very remote from the city, it is essential to have a car since there are no stores nearby and that if you do not go out at night because as they are new houses there is a lot of crime nearby

The residential as such is not badly designed, there are few houses which makes it "safe", the bad thing is that almost 70% of the houses are unoccupied because the few people who live there as owners are very conflictive and those who rent ( minority) do not give them a voice or vote. The residential is super neglected, the monthly maintenance that is paid is not enough to keep the green areas pruned, much less watered. The gym equipment is few and not all of them work, the pool is rarely maintained, the water is always dirty. The garbage is municipal to save a few pesos, but this saving is not noticed in the residential area because all the vegetation is dead, in addition to that they no longer have cleaning personnel and the sidewalks are always dirty without sweeping. It looks like a ghost residence. Most of the better people are selling their houses and the few renters don't last long. The administration is terrible and in less than two years I had 4 administrations that cannot handle the package. Water bills are very expensive, even with moderate consumptions or there are times when there is a shortage of water and pipes must be requested, many residents of said residential reach 3500, 6000 and they already have debts of more than 9000 because nobody it solves the problem for them and the administration is not supportive. If you plan to buy a house, think about it 1000 times because you are going to have to deal with terrible administrations where you will never see your maintenance reflected and added to that the lack of water in your houses. And if you plan to rent, prepare to be despised by those who are owners because they look bad at those who rent. THE WORST PLACE I HAVE LIVED IN MY LIFE.
