★ ★ ★ ★ ★ te dan gato por liebre, como cliente frecuente conozco el producto que compro habitualmente, en este caso Gouda Nueva Zelanda y ya van 2 veces que me dan un queso que parece plástico y todavia afirman que es el mismo.
No regreso a esta sucursal, la de la Condesa esta cerca y no te timan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para comprar quesos (tienen de muchos tipos), jamón serrano, vinos, postres, baguette (muy buenas), croquetas de atún y de jamon serrano, café...etc tienen realmente de todo hasta cervezas. Los paninis son excellentes, les recomendó el Mestizo. Es realmente un super lugar cuando estás cerca y los precios son accesibles por la mayoría de los productos.
Excellent place to buy cheeses (they have many types), Serrano ham, wines, desserts, baguettes (very good), tuna and Serrano ham croquettes, coffee ... etc, they really have everything, even beers. The paninis are excellent, the Mestizo recommended. It is really a super place when you are around and the prices are affordable for most of the products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí una ensalada de pollo que es más bien de lechuga con pollo y nunca me dieron el aderezo, traía unas cuantas líneas de pollo y repleta de lechuga, sin el aderezo, espantosa. Además pedí un panini de filete de res con queso. La mitad del filete que traía el panini era incomible por la grasa y el nervio de la carne. Cuando hablé para quejarme sólo me dijeron, le comentamos a la matriz para que nos manden mejor carne y en cuanto al aderezo le diré a la chica que ponga más atención. No esperaba esa respuesta, por lo menos... estamos apenados, no tengo como enviárselo pero puede venir por él, no hubiera ido pero hubiera sido una mejor respuesta. Pésimo. No sé por qué hoy decidí cambiar a Delilu por Alchef, mala decisión
I ordered a chicken salad that is more like lettuce with chicken and they never gave me the dressing, it had a few lines of chicken and loaded with lettuce, without the dressing, horrible. I also ordered a beef filet panini with cheese. Half of the filet that the panini brought was inedible because of the fat and the nerve of the meat. When I spoke to complain, they only told me, we comment to the parent company so that they can send us better meat and as for the dressing, I will tell the girl to pay more attention. I did not expect that answer, at least ... we are sorry, I have no way to send it to him but he can come for him, I would not have gone but it would have been a better answer. Appalling. I don't know why today I decided to change Delilu for Alchef, bad decision
