★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente las compras en línea dejan mucho que desear, no sé sabe si ya está confirmado el pedido, si ya lo van a enviar, las primera vez fue rápido, está vez dijeron que iban a esperar hasta que se les confirmara el pago el cual ya se había confirmado muchas horas antes y se tuvo que mediar el pago con mercado pago, hasta entonces marcaron para comunicarse el pago está en mediación hasta que no den respuesta, ya pasaron varios días exactamente una semana y aún no dan respuesta por parte de Alcione, la atención por chat es muy mala nadie responde en el chat de la página web creo que me quedaba mejor ir hasta la tienda aunque viendo los comentarios creo que la atención es igual de mala
