★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una inmobiliaria q roba a lo descarado a comprador y vendedor. Alejandro Aldana y Silvia martines siempre mienten y asen todo x separado para robarle al cliente y al vendedor. Es lo más malo q puede aver,cuidense de ellos. Lo bueno es q en estos días tendrán una demanda x abuso de confianza ,por aver robado dinero q no entregaron ,ante justicia e infonavid se ara,para quemar esa inmobiliaria y no siga abusando de la gente. Personas rateras eso es lo q son ellos!!
 It is a real estate that steals the brazen buyer and seller. Alejandro Aldana and Silvia Martin always lie and grab everything separately to steal from the customer and the seller. It is the worst thing you can see, take care of them. The good thing is that these days they will have a demand for the abuse of trust, because of stolen money that they did not deliver, before justice and infonavid they will be poured, to burn that real estate and not continue abusing people. Thinging people that's what they are !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se retrasan muy seguido con los depósitos, no llevan un buen control de las cuotas del mantenimiento, además nos ha tocado que realizan reparaciones sin autorización y claro que cobran lo que ellos quieren por las mismas. Espero que mejoren.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio te atienden muy bien pero una vez que estas en el papeleo y los tramites de desentienden del cliente. Recomiendo antes de hacer la compra o venta revisar que notario va realizar los tramites y los costos. Porque los elevan bastante y el Asesor te deja sólo.

En lo personal yo desafortunadamente he tenido una pesima experiencia con esta inmobiliria. Jamas la recomendaria ni a mi peor enemigo. Cada que escucho su nombre me duele el estomago de acordarme de como me trataron, de las veces que me citaron y me dejaron plantada con todo y abogado. La vdd pesima experiencia. Ojala pronto termine todo con mis abogados ya estamos procediendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos rateros. Siempre dicen que el cliente ofrece tanto y ellos vende alo que es. Se roban el tanto porciento con mentiras son unos transas en todo quieren ganar . Son un problema como inmobiliaria .no los recomiendo .yo vendí con ellos y me arrepentí. Perdí seraca de 100 mil con sus transas . Estoy aún muy molesto como fueron . Yo no me enteré en el momento porque saben disfrasar todo y comerse al cliente . Yo me enteré por el cliente directamente con documentos en mano . Pero no avía ya nada que ser por eso no los recomiendo ,cuídense de ellos .son transas
