La ducha abierta está genial y pone la guinda a la encantadora choco ya. El trato del equipo increíble, un recibimiento caluroso y los increíbles tragos de Jerzy se nos quedarán grabados por mucho tiempo. ¡Vuestra mejor opción si visitáis Bacalar! Great location near the center and an enviable space that immerses you in a Mayan village that when entering the room makes you find an incredible bed and a super comfortable space. Nous pensions avoir trouvé un hôtel paradisiaque: l'hôtel est très beau, les plantes exotiques dans l'allée magnifiques, la douche semi-exterieure formidable et des jeunes filles à l'accueil très serviables et aimables mais ... qui ont omis de nous informer qu'il y avait une discothèque collée à l'arrière de l'hôtel. Vu que ce sont des cases mayas, c'est comme si nous y étions. La musique est extrêmement forte. Il est 4h du matin et mon mari, mon fils de 8 ans et moi-même n'avons toujours pas pu fermer l'œil. Quel cauchemar ! Avoid if you want to sleep. We thought we had found a heavenly hotel: the hotel is very beautiful, the exotic plants in the aisle magnificent, the semi-outdoor shower wonderful and the young girls at the reception very helpful and kind but ... inform us that there was a disco stuck at the back of the hotel. Since these are Mayan huts, it is as if we were there. The music is extremely loud. It is 4am and my husband, 8 year old son and I still couldn't sleep. What a nightmare !

Leider nur von Mo-Do zu empfehlen, da am Wochenende die Musik vom Nachbarlokal extrem laut ist bis um 6 Uhr in der Früh. The hotel is really great. The rooms, bathroom, beds and the rest of the area is very lovingly designed and very nice staff. Unfortunately only recommended from Monday to Thursday, as the music from the neighboring restaurant is extremely loud on weekends until 6 a.m. in the morning.

Located in the center of town with a beach club that they recently opened and with the best attitude and best customer service. They did their best to make us feel comfortable and gave us a lot of advice as to where to go restaurants and attractions.

The hotel is neighbor with an open air discotheque, Since you are in a cabin, no ceiling, just palm, you have techno music, full power, from 9pm to 5 am. The walls tremble, and music is so loud, it is impossible to sleep, even with earplugs or a noise reduction headset. Of course no one from staff mentioned this when we booked. At 7 am when we finally slept an hour. The neighbors electric generator turns on and then again impossible to sleep. We are traveling with a young child, the least they could have done was to warn us.
