TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. - charged extra for every little thing. Paid almost double upon check in. - I tried my best to sort out random problems but they ignored my questions and my worries. - dirty pool - horrible room service - rude employees - extremely slow wifi. even my phone service is faster. - TV had horrible connection. All you hear is static. Absolutely not worth the money I spent.

Such a waste of a beautiful space. The hotel should be a 4 star experience however the staff are obviously very unhappy to work there. They are not accommodating at all! We booked scrubs in the mezcal and waited for an hour for service, it never came and we were charged anyway with no refund when we asked. The menu items were never available, the toilets did not flush. It just turned into a very poor experience at a place that had the capacity to be really great. I sincerely hope they improve but for now I recommend going elsewhere!

Good things- quiet, nice pool,ac work well. Bad things- weak wi fi , no hot water under shower , rooms looks a little bit tired( ripped duvet, shower with weak pression),beer cost double than in CC. Last but not the least - after check out it is impossible to left your bag unless you pay- this is not a standard in 4* hotels.

If I could give zero stars I would. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The restaurant staff is RUDE!!!! They had the odacity to charge me $30 mxn to heat up a baby bottle in their microwave. They don’t have refrigerators or microwaves in the room, I asked for hot water they said it would be the same. Later looked at their menu and saw that milk is only $15, so staff is stealing or pocketing change. Server is male, tallish, skinny. He knew he had messed up because in the days following he would walk away from me when he saw me coming his way. THey also charged me hidden fees on check-in even though they were covered thru my booking. Couldn’t argue it or I wouldn’t get a room. Beds are thin mattresses on cement pillars. What is this a prison? RUN!!!!

Considering the price compared to other hotels it’s totally worth it. It has a pool and sea view. The restaurant food what great. I’ve seen comments about “bad service” and I totally disagree, they were super nice. Also, the pool wasn’t cloudy. The rooms were not that great and not as fancy as expected but again, with that cheap price you get a lot.

We ended up here due to a hurricane (we wanted to get to higher ground), after spending the previous night at an abysmal hotel in the same area. When we arrived, it was sold out, but the manager made accommodations and found us a spare room at a discount. This is a pretty neat hotel and a good value. The Moorish architecture is pronounced and distinctive (and all out buildings, including the covered, outdoor restaurant by the pool, are in that style). It has a good view, including from the pool deck. The rooms are ample and fit the style, and have distinctive seating areas. It's not luxury, but it's a nice hotel for a good price. Staff was friendly. The rooms could use more electrical plug outlets, and note that the beds are built in (so you wouldn't be able to move them). It's a bit of a walk (15 min) to the main drag/amenities in Rinconada and the pretty cove beach, Playa Carazalillo).

We have been staying for five days, I do not recommend this place because: the pool is very polluted, cloudy and deep to the navel, the food in the hotel restaurant is very poor, the rooms are as good as everything, but the sink is stuffed, the bedding is on the way, but it is still tolerated. What I didn't like most was the attitude towards the hotel guests: one evening 15 minutes before the bar closed I asked for hot water because I felt bad from the air conditioner and I had a cold, the bartender strictly refused to give me hot water even for an extra charge guests, he just manages, he still has 15 minutes to work, but he couldn't give me hot water). After contacting an administrator who has difficulty speaking English, he could not offer me anything, so I went to the surrounding area in search of hot water, I found a cafe for 500 meters for free :) wonderful hotel with even more amazing staff. Good luck with that approach?? I DO NOT RECOMMEND
