★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to vacation in Playa del Carmen. The location is excellent, 2 min from the beach and 2 blocks from 5th Av. No need to rent a car unless you want to go to Tulum or something similar. Aldea staff are very polite, helpful and speak good English. Pool are is a great place to hang out instead of the beach or after the beach. The accommodations are well equipped and spacious. The street outside has great atmosphere and eating places.
