Aldea Thai Condo - 77720 Playa del Carmen

Pésimo lugar, la atención al cliente es pésima son súper groseros el condominio es muy caro para la clase de trato que dan! El ascensor nunca sirve la luz se va a cada rato PÉSIMO NO PAGUEN ALDEA THAI

Esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de la quinta avenida. Lo único es que no te hacen el cuarto en toda tu estadía, todo tiene costo extra y el ruido se tiene que apagar a las 12:00 am.

Increíbles instalaciones, Condohotel limpio, súper ambiente para jóvenes y adultos, no es tan recomendable para niños, pero si hay habitaciones que lo permiten, en la noche se arma un ambiente increíble, recuerden lo que pasa en Aldea Thai se queda en Aldea Thai.

Excellent choice to stay in PDC… So close to the beach and the 5th avenue

Aldea Thai was beautiful and spacious and close to restaurants but the beach closest to it wasn’t nice we had to find further beaches to go to that were nice.

I would never stay here again. The only nice thing about this place was the front desk agent and perhaps decor throughout. When we arrived at 4 pm for check in we were told our room wasn't clean after 20 minutes of the agent on the phone, and to wait half hour. So we parked (even though it says valet, it was not), then waited until 5 pm. We went back in and were told that yes our room was ready. So we walked to find it and eventually did get through the maze to it, but when we got there our door was open and there was a guy still cleaning. He said it would take atleast another hour before he was done... this was just the beginning. After going out for food (even though we had bought groceries to make food in the kitchen) since we couldn't use our room yet, we got to the room and we're deeply disappointed. The couches were stained and sunken in. The windows were not washed and the sinks were not cawked around the faucets and they all wiggled. There was no shower curtain around the rain head shower that went directly into a tub (one use and the floors were covered with water with no way to dry except use the shower towels. We were given one towel for the pool even though there was me, my fiance and 15 month old daughter. We were told we would have a man come show us to our room who would give resources and information on the city as well as a local cell phone. Nothing was there. When we messaged the host we were told that she would message her operations management and that was it.. the concierge who was supposed to show up just messaged us on our second day to apologize. The upstairs pool was not cleaned out and was filled with debris. We were told there was laundry, and a way to contact front desk but there was no phones or anything. This was the absolute worst place we have ever stayed, with horrendous service, and expensive. We are totally appalled and hope no one else has to go through this.
