Super lovely! Alex was super responsive before and during our trip and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay! I appreciated the self check-in using the lockbox and the ample free parking. We also appreciated the locked main door as it made us feel extra secure. The rooms were super roomy and bright. Everything was clean and the pool looks just as beautiful as it does in the pictures. We will definitely return here on our next trip to Tulum! Loved it!

We had a wonderful time here. Felt very safe and secure at this apartment. The bed was very comfortable and there was a great big couch area to relax. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself if you wish - but there are a bunch of AWESOME restaurants nearby. The Pool looked incredible but we didn’t have much time to enjoy it. Would absolutely stay here again.

Alex, his family, and the hotel staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. This is the perfect location if you are looking to vacation/work remote/explore Tulum. My wife and I stayed here for the last week of our honeymoon and could not say enough good things about our experience!

f you are looking for serene, peaceful, ideal booking in Tulum, look no further. I planned to stay one night and ended up staying 3. The included breakfast is filling and delicious. So pleasant and relaxing to stay here away from the hustle and bustle of Tulum. Perfect spot to stage anything you could possibly want to do nearby away from the noise of the town. Super quiet day and night. I loved the pool and gorgeous courtyard. The room itself was perfect, super comfortable king bed and all the amenities you need to be comfortable for a day, a week, or longer! Add to this, I accidental lot left my iPad in the room after checking out and Alex kept it safe for me, I retrieved it the next day no issues. What more can I say. These accommodations made my trip and I am so grateful I found them. Thank you Alex and staff for the perfect Tulum Airbnb.

Really nice place, a little far from the center if you re on foot, but it's mostly calm, if you don't count the construction on the building nearby, which was a little annoying in the morning. The jungle style garden is so cute and the pool area is nice. Too bad there are only two sunbeds though for the whole hotel. The complimentary breakfast is nice but there isn't much choice, so after a few days it can be a little repetitive

Best Place ever!!!!! We really enjoyed our stay with Alex in Tulum. The place was in the middle of a little jungle with a wonderful swimming pool, right place if you want to feel the nature and chill your self. The communication with Alex was great, I texted him few times for a few questions and he was always available for us. Tulum has remained in our hearts and we will return as soon as possible and definitely to Alex.

The host Alex and all staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly, we felt very well looked after. Food is delicious and the pool area is lovely to spend time in. My only ideas would be, as 2 girls we would have loved an extra mirror outside of the bathroom. Plus, it seems that Alex and family live on site so this might not be appropriate accommodation for a party weekend as quiet is required at night. But overall I would highly recommend, thanks Alex!

Not sure where to start. This was one of the best accommodations we have ever been in, not only in Mexico, but worldwide. The apartment is beautiful, fully equipped, the pool with jacuzzi is perfect, breakfast so good, staff wonderful. It is not located on the beach, so if you are up for beach holiday this might not be for you but for us it was just perfect. My kid wanted to stay there forever. We spent half of our days in Tulum within the walls of the hotel, by the pool (and this normally never happens to me as I like to explore). I am truly and honestly delighted (and not paid to say it :D).
