★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informales. La atención cuando vas a comprar es medianamente buena. El problema es que me hicieron dar dos vueltas para que me entregaran mi traje.
Lo compré un martes y aunque en el vale decía que me lo entregarían el viernes a las 19:00, quedaron muy formales (verbalmente) de entregarlo el jueves a las 17:00. Llegué el jueves a las 19:00 y me salen con que todavía no está listo y se negaron a reconocer su falta de compromiso.
Me dieron opción de tenerlo listo al del viernes a las 12:00; les dije que estaba bien si era hasta las 17:00 y accedieron. Por fin llego a recogerlo y me dicen que todavía no está listo y se excusan diciendo que el vale dice a partir de las 19:00. Me pidieron que espere 30 minutos esperando que ahora sí lo terminen.
De ahora en adelante sólo iré a la sucursal de Plaza del Parque; he comprado ahí en otras ocasiones y ahí sí hay formalidad.
