★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia el día 16 de octubre me presente a comprar unos trajes por la oferta que ahí anunciaban todo muy bien la oferta era que te entregaban 3 trajes al precio de uno los cuales incluian camisa y corbata los chicos se miden los trajes le toman medidas para hacer los ajuste al de mi hijo le queda la camisa un poco grande a lo que le comento al chavo que me atendió si no podía darme una talla más chica y me dice es la mas chica pero tengo otra que si usted paga la diferencia de 300 pesos se la vendo le comente si no me la podía cambiar por la que traía el traje y me dijo que no Que esa era la que incluía la oferta, para est compramos otros artículos que necesitaba dejamos los trajes y las camisas por los ajustes que había que hacerles aclaró yo no soy de xalapa soy de Tuxpan me dicen que tengo que recogerlos el 7 de noviembre Hasta ahí todo perfecto , resulta que el día que van a recogerlos no les entregan las camisas que pork esas no iban incluidas para esto hablo a la tienda para hacer la aclaración y nunca me contestan por casualidad mi hija va a xalapa y le pido de favor que vaya a hacer la aclaración y le dicen lo mismo no se las vamos a entregar pork esas no incluyen en la promoción le pido a mi hija que me pase a la persona que me atendió en esa fecha y me dice que no me las va a entregar que pork esas no iban incluidas le digo de que se trata si tu mismo me dijiste que no me podías cambiar la camisa por la otra que pork esa era la que incluía el traje pues me equivoque pork esa era otra promoción le digo no me chingue se si hubiera habido varias promociones tu me hubieras dicho de Ali acá te incluye esto y de acá para aca estome molesta que me quiera Ver la cara de estúpida pork no había otra promoción no se vale y más pork me dice me equivoque y le comento puede enmienda tu error pork fue tuyo no mío y casi que me mando aa la fregada no se vale quiero hacer llegar este comentario directamente a la matriz pork no se vale
