★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keep in mind, the modern “sojourn” to Tulum of Instagram influencers and their mantra of high standards albeit a farce generally, won’t be easily impressed by this place. However that aside it’s certainly better than most American ice cream shops, it’s good and their salted caramel I found to be smoky and delicious. They also have some vegan flavors. Yum!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave me a reciept for 104 pesos ....I gave 150 and then wouldn't give me change? Tried saying it was extra but didn't show the price on the receipt After a small argument he asked for the ice cream back of which I was happy too then only gave me 100 back lol. Man & woman working on the 30/3/2022 served me at 6pm. Lovely little hustle that the tills won't prove.

There are hidden charges for less than average ice cream.
I cannot believe they even had an attitude when they charged us extra for something that was supposed to be free on the menu! I asked in Spanish to clarify what was going and they seemed unbothered by basically pointing out they make out numbers to steal money from you.
The nerve of these women! Shocking!
I guess this is what you can expect from a place that is overloaded with tourists.
Do not tip under any circumstance!!! Tipping is something you earned for an exceptional service not something you are entitled to. Never again!
