★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía muchas ganas de probar la pizza y era un día especial para eso, llamé para pedir mi pizza y DOS HORAS después de que no llegara volví a llamar para ver qué pasaba con mi pedido y al final no me resolvieron nada, me dijeron que mi pedido ni siquiera lo habían tomado y que la recepcionista ni siquiera recordaba el haberlo tomado, solamente perdí mi tiempo, deberían de trabajar más en su Logistica y atención al cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 10 de mayo hice mi pedido, nos dijeron que el tiempo de espera era 1:30, después de 2 hrs volví a llamar y resulta que mi pedido no fue tomado, y que la recepcionista no recordaba ese pedido. Tenía altas expectativas, sin embargo no me resolvieron nada, y si quería mi pedido eran 40 min más. Claramente el error fue por parte de ellos. Mal servicio, mala experiencia.
On May 10 I placed my order, they told us that the waiting time was 1:30, after 2 hrs I called again and it turns out that my order was not taken, and that the receptionist did not remember that request. I had high expectations, however they did not solve anything for me, and if I wanted my order it was 40 minutes more. Clearly the mistake was on their part. Bad service, bad experience.
