J	Joerg Hofmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben in Playa del Carmen einen Mietwagen für unseren Ausflug auf Cozumel gebucht und bezahlt. Auf Cozumel dann ein völlig anderes Fahrzeug bekommen. In einem desolaten technischen Zustand. Fahrzeug getauscht war auch nicht besser. Tacho ohne Funktion , defekte Sicherhtsgurte, keine Rückspiegel usw. Bei der Abgabe wird ein Aufstand gemacht als hätte man einen 100000 Euro Porsche bekommen. Bin im Ausland noch nie so verarscht worden. Wenn möglich würde ich null Sterne geben. Ich rate jedem ab hier etwas zu kaufen oder zu mieten. ALDOS TOURS wird hier vertreten durch Rooster's Rental Travel &Tours. Booked and paid for a rental car in Playa del Carmen for our excursion to Cozumel. Then get a completely different vehicle on Cozumel. In a desperate technical condition. Exchanging vehicles wasn't better either. Speedometer without function, defective seat belts, no rear-view mirrors, etc. When you hand it in, an uproar is made as if you had got a 100,000 Euro Porsche. I've never been so ripped off abroad. If possible I would give zero stars. I advise everyone from here to buy or rent something. ALDOS TOURS is represented here by Rooster's Rental Travel & Tours.

To anyone who travels to Playa Del Carmen and wants to take the ferry to Cozumel, please do yourself a favor, rent a car and purchase tickets through them for good deals.

They will sell you on rental cars, Jeep’s and other tour packages as you get off the taxi in Playa Del Carmen, then when you get to Cozumel, you get something totally different and the companies he is working his scam with claim no responsibility and by the time you get back, he’s closed. We rented 2 Jeep’s with full coverage insurance, and he showed me “pictures” of what we were renting, but when we got to the other side, we got unsafe vehicles with no seatbelts, mechanical issues that prevented vehicles from even going the speed limit, and were very unsafe. They also make you pay again for insurance that the other guy in Playa said was included. Overall, worst experience I’ve ever had traveling abroad. The rental company that aldos used was Roosters.
C	Carrie LeBlanc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were a group of 6 and wanted to go over to Cozmel. Our cab dropped us off at Aldo's and advised we could book our ferry tickets and jeeps at this one place. Of course everything went smoothly and we headed to Cozmel. After walking several blocks to find Roosters to pick up our Jeeps, we found a run down hole in the wall and were told we needed to buy more insurance which we fought with the guy to tell him we already paid for it. Then we were given Jeeps with no wipers, speedometers or seat belts and falling apart. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Also once we checked our credit card they charged us more money for the ferry then what it would have cost to just buy tickets at the ferry itself ($42 vs $28). Beware of this company!!
