Yo necesitaba el espejo retrovisor lateral de mí auto, lo pedí con el modelo adecuado, lo lleve con la persona que me lo iba a colocar y me dijo que no era, que era de otro automóvil, lo fui a cambiar y me dicen que no lo tienen, que lo tienen en 2 horas, fui y aún no lo tenían, que lo tenían al día siguiente y que si no me hacían un vale para comprar otra cosa, pero yo para que quiero su vale, yo quiero mí dinero para comprar el espejo que necesita mí auto, ya que no es mí culpa el que sus empleados no sepan de las autopartes, a demás ellos no se van a hacer responsables si una patrulla de tránsito me para y me multa por el espejo.

I needed the side mirror of my car, I asked for it with the right model, I took it to the person who was going to fit it and he told me that it was not, that it was from another car, I went to change it and they told me no they have it, they have it in 2 hours, I went and they still didn't have it, they had it the next day and if they didn't give me a voucher to buy something else, but what do I want their voucher for, I want my money to buy the mirror that my car needs, since it is not my fault that their employees do not know about auto parts, besides they are not going to be responsible if a traffic patrol stops me and fines me for the mirror.
