Algo muy importante para las tortas ahogadas es la salsa dulce, en la que se refleja la firma que identifica la calidad gastronómica de cada lugar. Y otra cosa muy importantísima. Las cucharas son de metal!!! Sí. Nada de plástico que se dobla al cortar el pan. Las personas que atienden son muy amables.
Excellent service. A very clean place. It has an excellent central location. The packages are at an unbeatable price. Something very important for drowned cakes is sweet sauce, which reflects the signature that identifies the gastronomic quality of each place. And another very important thing. The spoons are metal! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los precios son buenos y el lugar muy limpio y el trato muy amable y de buena atención, lo malo es que las tortas les falta como un toque de sabor a la tradicional tortas ahogada, (la salsa menos agua y más tomate) y un poco más de variedad de carne las harían más ricas.
The prices are good and the place very clean and the treatment very friendly and of good attention, the bad thing is that the cakes lack like a touch of flavor to the traditional drowned cakes, (the sauce less water and more tomato) and a little more variety of meat would make them richer.

Hay paquetes, algunos bastante grandes para familias numerosas o hay también paquetes individuales de torta y tacos.
Los tacos dorados son muy ricos con bastante papa dentro. El establecimiento limpio . A un par de cuadras del jardín principal de Guzman.
There are not many tables in the establishment but the service is very fast if you decide to eat there.
There are packages, some quite large for large families or there are also individual packages of cake and tacos.
The golden tacos are very rich with a lot of potato inside. Clean establishment. A couple of blocks from Guzman's main garden.
