★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad del trabajo es buena y el sitio es bonito pero el servicio es terrible. El salón siempre está vacío pero nunca tienen tiempo para atenderte. Es como si no quisieran trabajar. Todo lo hacen con pereza. No se les ocurre peinarte mientras te hacen manicure para agilizar la agenda. Adicional a eso no tienen terminal casi nunca. Las chicas usan mal el cubre bocas, solo tapando la boca y no la nariz. Le he dado varias oportunidades porque me queda cerca de casa, pero la verdad siempre es lo mismo. Un Cero en pro actividad y en atención al cliente.
The quality of the work is good and the place is beautiful but the service is terrible. The room is always empty but they never have time to serve you. It's like they don't want to work. They do everything lazily. It doesn't occur to them to comb your hair while getting a manicure to speed up the schedule. In addition to that, they almost never have a terminal. The girls use the mouth cover badly, only covering the mouth and not the nose. I have given it several opportunities because it is close to home, but the truth is always the same. A Zero in pro-activity and customer service.
