A una falta gravisima no pudieron ni pedir una disculpa. Hare que esto llegue lo mas alto posible.
Señor Tapia, me amenazo usted con "acusarme con mi papa" pues lo tendre que acusar con sus superiores.
Mal servicio, mala informacion, deshonestos, bueno, terrible el problema causado.

Reckless, liars, and lack of education.
To a very serious fault they could not even ask for an apology. I will make this come as high as possible.
Mr. Tapia, you threatened to "accuse me with my father" because I will have to accuse you with your superiors.
Bad service, bad information, dishonest, well, terrible the problem caused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de su personal. Aun más el taller da mucho que desear. No contestan y se toman días en devolverte la llamada. Y si vas a la agencia, hasta se molestan.
Terrible service from your staff. Even more the workshop leaves much to be desired. They don't answer and they take days to call you back. And if you go to the agency, they even get upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El teléfono para pedir informes no sirve. Le escribes en fb y dicen que te van a llamar y nunca te llaman. Acudí a la sucursal para pedir informes y un agente me dio su tarjeta, hasta el momento no me han dado los informes que solicite. Me sorprende que una marca de este calibre no tengan ánimos de vender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have been traveling through Mexico from Colorado and my brake failure light came on on my GS 1200. When I arrived in Merida I took my bike into Alecka Motors and I explained my problem and they immediately took my bike in and started to work on it. The Chief mechanic ran a test on it and determined it was a computer issue. He also stated that he had seen this issue before on 2005 GS 1200's and stated that the voltage was low on my battery which could cause the brake failure light to come on. The battery was replaced and the problem was resolved. Alecka motors was wonderful to my wife and I...they even called Uber to take us to the Central square to sightsee while the battery was being charged. English being my only language, I was glad that the employees could speak english. I rode the bike all day the next day and had no problems...Thank you Alecka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Touring the Yucatan Peninsula, part of it, phone them to make an appointment, for service and change tires as well as balance them, very nice and courteous people. Motorcycle was ready the same day at the end of their shift. Will come back and do recommend them. Also nice inventory of new ones!
