★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a una valoración y desde la entrada me dijo la encargada que no podía hacerme nada, no me ofreció soluciones o alternativas al trabajo que quería realizarme, seguía este negocio en redes sociales porque me lo recomendaron mucho algunas amigas por su servicio al cliente sin embargo, mi experiencia no fue buena , tal vez estaba muy ocupada la encargada pero yo llame antes para pedir cita para valoración y me dijeron que no era necesaria. Fui a otro lugar donde si me ofrecieron alternativas y después de un tiempo me pudieron realizar el trabajo que quería.
I went to an appraisal and from the entrance the manager told me that she could not do anything to me, she did not offer me solutions or alternatives to the work she wanted to do, I followed this business in social networks because it was recommended to me by some friends for her customer service, however , my experience was not good, maybe the person in charge was busy but I called earlier to request appointment for valuation and they told me that it was not necessary. I went to another place where they offered me alternatives and after a while they were able to do the job I wanted.
