No atienden el wats te dejan sin saber de tus refacciones si ya las mandaron o no por que yo ya las pagué muy mal servicio no contesran llamadas o si rstan asciendo mejoras que de perdido avisen te dejan ala deriva esperando tu pieza muy mal servicio

Pésimo servicio, malísima atención al cliente, como si te hicieran el favor de venderte, para nada recomendado, si van a buscar partes para vw mejor que sea en otros locales, más baratos y con mejor atención.

Son unas ratas. Te piden anticipo y te dicen que en 3 dias te llegan tus piezas. Y nunca llegan ni te regresan el anticipo. Te dicen que la paqueteria no les da razón y ningún numero de guia te proporcionan. No se dejen engañar!!.
They are rats. They ask you for an advance and tell you that your pieces will arrive in 3 days. And they never arrive or return the advance. They tell you that the parcel does not give them reason and no guide number they provide you. Do not be fooled!!.

No gusto el servicio de atención; les hice una pregunta y me respondieron (si quiere si no búsquele por otro lado) yo busque en otro lado en mercado libre mas barato y piezas originales.

!ni los conocía! No sabia el procedimiento así que en una vuelta a Guadalajara mejor me presenté en persona, el inicio difícil porque no sabía sus reglas pero adaptándome; conseguí lo que buscaba. ! Tuve suerte tal vez! conseguí más barato un 40%. Al inicio se batalla porque insistí en fotos y no las enviaron pedí hacer depósito y no respondieron Por eso decidí aprovechar vuelta a Guadalajara. Recomiendo publicar e informar sus reglas para los despistados como yo que llegamos tocando la puerta y no sabemos que onda. Se manejan de manera peculiar.

Pésima atención del encargado. Lo que quiere es ya irse a su casa. Si no quieren atender a sus clientes, para qué los tienen ahí? Sin informes, nada más dice que no lo tiene y no es su problema. Además "ya van a ser las 4, ya me voy"
