★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dejo costras en mi cuerpo cabelludo la última vez que asisti y según yo ya era clienta pero me di cuenta que no importa que aunque pagues lo que cobran por su trabajo eso no implica buen trato y cuidado. Otro dato, No conviene llegar temprano porque de todas formas sales al último y por querer atender más clientas descuida a otras y por esa razon me dejo de mas el producto! Me decepciono mucho y decidi no asistir más
I left scabs on my scalp the last time I attended and according to me I was already a client but I realized that it doesn't matter that even if you pay what they charge for their work that doesn't imply good treatment and care. Another fact, it is not convenient to arrive early because in any case you go out last and for wanting to serve more clients you neglect others and for that reason I leave the product too much! I was very disappointed and decided not to attend anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on online reviews and instagram posts, I decided to go to Alexander for a root retouch and haircut. Unfortunately, he ruined my hair. He did highlights on hair without putting color on my roots like I had asked. The highlights came out orange instead of blonde. Aleksander did not do a consultation on my hair- he immediately started putting foil on my hair without really explaining what he was going to do to my hair. He also made me bend over the sink to wash out only one side of my hair which lead to the right side of my hair to be more blonde than my left side. After I mentioned to him that my hair looked orange, he proceeded to do more highlights on my hair. Now my hair is brittle and so damaged. I went back a second time, and he added a base color to my roots but my hair was literally yellow with orange low lights which is absolutely not what I wanted. I cannot even say my hair is blonde, it literally turned bright yellow. He also charged me $4,500 MXD for a horrible job. He has horrible manners. I had to spend additional money to go to a different salon to tone down my hair color. It’s been a journey with my hair these past three weeks and I cannot believe Aleksander has 5 stars on google.
