★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena aatención antes dde realizarme los estudios, fue una toma a mi domicilio, me dijeron q en tres o cinco días estarían mis resultados, llevo ocho días y nada q llegan mande mensaje por messenger y me dijeron q ya me los habían enviado pero q hiban a corroborar, les envié correo electrónico nada q contestan, marco por teléfono tampoco contestan, enviado WhatsApp y nada volví a enviar mensaje por Facebook y ya no me contestan, la verdad no se q este pasando pero no me parece justo q no me digan nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio teléfonico, solicite los costos de los estudios que el medico pediatra indico para tratar a mi hijo, en la receta me escribio que podia elegir entre el estudio AGEM -3 y/o sí podía mi bolsillo $ solicitara AGEM-13. El medico me brindo el volante del laboratorio y me dijo aque ahí me darian información, llame y me dieron precios $3,550+ IVA y $7,550 + IVA sí requiero factura y por la gran diferencia en costos pregunto cual es la diferencia entre un estudio y el otro y se me nego la información, la razón que porque podia meter en problema al medico, que ellos solo pueden dar precios. Imaginen con quienes trabajamos? Que lleva comisión el medico? Porque el asesor solo puede dar precios?. Lo Importante es que capaciten a su gente, ya que si uno va a pagar por un servicio uno puede pedir información sobre lo que uno adquirira.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, súper profesionales. No hay estacionamiento pero afuera hay calle tranquila y te estacionas sin problema. Está muy cerca de periférico. Amables y excelentes con los niños. Cuando lleven niños pequeños pidan que les ponga videos para q se distraigan, cuando les tomen muestras de sangre.
