?️ Die Location ist super, der Service exzelent! ?
?️ The location is great, the service is excellent! ? There is hardly any dancing, that's probably because the DJ does not commit himself, but instead switches all three tracks between HipHop, RnB, Reaggaetone and House / Techhouse ... So you can't get into the flow ... What I haven't found anywhere in PdC is a place that plays techno, deephouse & techhouse. From my point of view, that would fit perfectly here! Reaggeatone runs everywhere. Annoying to have to hear that here too ... ?The entry price is 850 MEX on weekends (because of the DJ), of which 750 MEX can be used for consumption. That is basically ok. However, the drink prices are quite high (drink menu is attached). The prices of the meals, however, correspond to the (high) prices in the area. ?The quality of the food is great!

I spent the past week at Thompson Main House and had breakfast at Alessia Dayclub every single day. It was the highlight of my experience. All the breakfast items were cooked perfectly and reasonably priced. BIG shoutout to my servers Manuel and Emiliano. They were very friendly and made great recommendations.

Good music , pool is refreshing feels great ! Drinks are good . However they try to add weird stuff to your bill, so be careful. We got there on a monday and were told that for 2 people a minimum of 1300 pesos have to be ordered as an access to the place. We ordered 2 daiquiris, 1 bottle of white italian wine and 4 beers . We had to pay an "access fee" which was translated as "Alimentation" lol. All of this did not add up and unfortunately i found it deceiving to be lied to. For an "upscale place" it sucks to receive some unjustified amounts on your bill. Look carefully at your bill ! Our waiter's name was Jorje if that helps with being more careful about people trying to steal some money from you.

Service was great. Food was mediocre at best. Prices are too high. But the worst part was the terrible music they were blasting. I love just about all music and I like loud music. But this music was horrible and so loud the water in the pools was actually vibrating. Not the atmosphere I was looking for in the middle of the day on a rooftop overlooking the ocean.

Best place to relax during the day in Playa. Awesome tunes (house, electronic), excellent service, and really fair pricing. If you’re not in the mood to listen to rap and hip hop all day, and love the best view in the city, this is the place for you. Bonus points for no minimum spend, and lots of available cabanas (unlike Coralina, which we also visited). Our server both visits was Janet, who was super friendly and helpful. (Thanks for taking good care of us!) Final note - the DJ’s both days killed it. Not huge crowds, but they had us moving.

Nice place to hang out. Live DJ on the weekends. I think the view is pretty good but there are better views, such as the Fives Downtown has a better pool view IMO.

My first Thompson hotel was in Los Cabos and it was a spectacular experience. The Playa location is far more low key and less luxurious, but I enjoyed good service, quality food and delicious cocktails. View could be better but there’s not much they can do about that now. Alessia is to the right of “The Catch” as soon as you get out of elevator and the menu changes daily to different cuisines. Not overly busy and a relief from the obnoxious loud tunes at street level.
