★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen muchas áreas de oportunidad, ya que les falta orientar bien a los paseantes (con tiempo y oportunidad durante el viaje), dejó mucho que desear el liderazgo del Staff, les falta mas entusiasmo e interacción con la gente, les falla el aire acondicionado en los camiones, no lo encienden con tiempo para tenerlo fresco al ingresar los viajantes, ¡terrible experiencia!, no avisan que los destinos estarán tan llenos y que no tendrás oportunidad de conocerlo, no hay orden, les falta comunicación interna en su mismo Staff ya que no se encontraban ni ellos mismos. Ojalá puedan mejorar. Personalmente me muevo a otra agencia. Saludos.

I went to my anniversary trip with many expectations that were met ... punctual ... very well organized ... good services and contracted tours ... everything was excellent ... thanks to them I met many places ... retailers even telling you that you need to pack ... I will travel with them again that's for sure ... they gave me a lot of confidence and transparent with the money too.
