Decimos una pequeña nota gris que es mínima en comparación de lo positivo ....pero' si hubiera más attencion en este dettalle seria MEJOR They work well ... they are very well organized the only negative note based on my personal experience .... they tell you that they will talk to you ..... and they NEVER CALL !. We say a small gray note that is minimal compared to the positive ... but 'if there was more attention in this detail it would be BETTER

L	Luis Lopez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me mandaron al taller Alex a cambiarme una vista de mi camioneta por un despistado señor que me choco, después de ir como 5 veces al taller, y perder 40 días, nunca nadie me puso la vista a mi camioneta, eso si, la camioneta nunca la deje porque era algo estético los daños, me harté de perde tanto tiempo y mejor decidí pedir la vista y que otro taller me la pusiera, que falta de profesionalismo de parte de los taller Alex, para mi, es el peor taller del mundo, jamás aceptaré que m Envíen a ese taller los de GNP, a parte que me chocan me hacen perder 40 días con puras vueltas y vueltas, este taller no debería trabajar con aseguradoras, porque es extremadamente pésimo la atención al cliente. Z	Zusa Company on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo lleve a pintura de la facia trasera y me lo entregaron con un problema mecánico que no quisieron para nada hacerse responsables, dejaron en la calle el carro, me hicieron firmar que estaba bien el trabajo de pintura y me lo entregaron con pésima falla automotriz sin ayudarme a encontrar solución para llevármelo, pésima atención al cliente y mucha prepotencia de parte de la persona encargada, el seguro no dio solución ni atención, no recomiendo sus servicios por falta de profesionalismo en atención a Clientes. Tengan cuidado y no firmen si ven tiene alguna falla extra que no reportan ellos al entregar. L	Lucero Vargas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service at the front desk with the ladies. They treat you like trash and insist on providing great service all while being defensive. On top of that the hydraulics of my trunk were returned broken and the door would fall from the weight. My car was in great shape and basically new, but it didn't seem quite right being Inside my car after the paint job. Being from the United States, I'd expected to be treated with as much respect and professionalism as in the U.S, but I guess I had my hopes too high. I see there are plenty of negative reviews on the front desk personnel, though I doubt they'll do anything about the situation. Never coming back nor recommending their services. I hope they know that they are going to be losing customers in the long run
