Imposible hacerles una compra, jamás había tenido un proveedor con tan pésimo nivel de servicio en ventas, les haces pedido y se les olvida, tienes que estar de ellos todo el tiempo y además no te contestan las llamadas ni los mensajes. Eviten a toda costa este proveedor. APPALLING! Impossible to make a purchase from them, I have never had a supplier with such a lousy level of service in sales, you order them and they forget, you have to be with them all the time and also they don't answer your calls or messages. Avoid this provider at all costs.

En este escrito le doy las gracias por todo el tiempo (mas de 20 años) que se tuvo la relación (cliente, proveedor), en la que se conoció mucho personal de nosotros como de ustedes (Carlos Días, Aide, Elizabeth, Alberto, Gina, Gloria, Marroquín, Liliana, etc) donde el concepto primordial de ambas partes la superación, desarrollo y apoyo mutuo para crecimiento como entes de la industria y donde el tiempo era primordial para ser pieza importante de nuestros clientes; donde tenemos mas de 6 meses sin recibir una llamada de su gente de ventas, donde nosotros hicimos una llamada y la respuesta fue; "te regreso la llamada en cuanto llegue a la oficina" y el tiempo de espera fue de una semana. Y la información de sus inventarios (abusando de la tecnología) nunca es real, ya que cuando se pedía no había nada de lo que ocupamos. Cualquier cosa estamos a sus ordenes. Muhas Gracias.
