NO USEN ESA EMPRESA! Los repartidores son amables pero la atención en la sucursal y por llamada es pésima. Les falta capacitación y profesionalismo. They hang up on me, or they don't answer... there have always been problems with this messenger. It's a headache ? The delivery men are friendly but the service at the branch and by call is terrible. They lack training and professionalism.
l	lizy Guerra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio lo peor, me dijo el repartidor que al otro día venían a entregar mis paquetes y nunca lo hizo una semana después pedí información de mis paquetes y ya nisiquiera contestan el teléfono, le pedí explicación a el repartidor que tenía por WhatsApp después de esperarlo una semana me dijo que nunca tuvo la notificación de mis paquetes, siendo que el mismo me avisó que al otro día venía, eso no fue todo le dije que me diera la detención de las oficinas o el otro número telefónico para pedir referencias de los paquetes y me dió un número falso de Tabasco jamás me dió la dirección de oficinas, nefasto!!! No sé arriesguen lo bueno es que mis paquetes eran cosas sin valor pero, imagínate! si mandas algo costoso o importante con total impunidad te lo hacen perdido y nunca te contestan para reportar la situación, no hay de otra que ir al consumidor, estás a merced de lo que quieran hacer con tus paquetes.
