 Look for one of the shipments in ALF POST and they never give an answer, they do not know anything about the shipments. They are inept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de paquetería casi un mes esperando mi paquete, y cuando llega a su sucursal tienes que esperar a que lo manden a entrega otra semana. Si te gusta lo barato escoje está paquetería. Yo no escoji, a mí me lo enviaron por esta sucursal mil veces Fedex o DHL.
Terrible parcel service for almost a month waiting for my package, and when it arrives at your branch you have to wait for it to be delivered for another week. If you like cheap, choose this package. I did not choose, it was sent to me by this branch a thousand times Fedex or DHL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a visitar las oficinas por qué por teléfono no iva a resolver nada fui a reclamar dos paquetes que entregaron a otra dirección y eran para mí, m dijeron que no piden identificación para entregar solo con que la persona diga que la conoce con eso y está mal,fue a dejar a otra dirección allí cerca y que entrego los míos igual como si fueran direccionada a la misma persona...espero recuperar mis paquetes luego es un problema la devolución del vendedor por qué para ellos que si entregaron el paquete ellos no ven si fue a uno o a otra persona

I hope to get my packages back then the return of the seller is a problem why for them that if they delivered the package they did not see if it was to one or another person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el repartidor tiene un genio tan horrible, no me encontraba en casa y dieron mi paquete como cancelado, los teléfonos lo tienen de adorno ya que jamás contestan, no me dieron a escoger mi paquetería, esta mejor estafeta o FedEx
the delivery man has such a horrible temper, I was not at home and they gave my package as cancelled, the phones have it for decoration since they never answer, they did not give me the choice of my parcel, this better courier or FedEx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ls oficinas están muy descuidadas, un poco sucias, de hecho solo puedes pasar al garaje, no puedes acceder a nada más! Pero el servicio es bueno, el seguimiento de envíos a través de mail Américas es bueno. Lo de menos serían las oficinas. Yo siempre interceptó mis paquetes por que por lo regular tardan un poquito a salir a reparto..
The offices are very neglected, a bit dirty, in fact you can only go to the garage, you cannot access anything else! But the service is good, the tracking of shipments through mail Americas is good. The least of it would be the offices. I always intercepted my packages because they usually take a little while to be delivered.

Terrible services, more than 1 month of delay in delivery, they never answer and every time they answer me after hours of calling, Vanessa tells a new lie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente la peor, ni te llaman y solo dejan el paquete en las calles o en dónde se le de la gana.... Al respecto no me llegó un paquete de mi parte.... Y algunos paquetes con esa paquetería lo dejan botado o por lo menos afuera de la puerta ..... En fin que mala experiencia es está paquetería ( es más genial qualitypost por lo menos te llaman para devolvertelo, grande qualitypost )
