They don't answer your phone. They do not attend the earrings. They give you wrong information. They promise and they don't keep. They rent you the property under lies, promising you a professional service and once they charge their commission, they leave you with the whole package. They send people from the street without credentials to make bad arrangements. They leave a dump, the job poorly done and unfinished. I have been 4 months and I am still waiting for several earrings to be repaired. I am still unable to use service and office rooms for pending repairs. Terminal paying previous tenant debts to avoid cutting basic services. I recommend you look for another company with seriousness and the service that any tenant deserves and not this company that is managed by Carlos Iñiguez, an elusive and dishonest person.
