I was a client and supplier of barber products for Alferro Barber Shop. As a CUSTOMER the service was average bad, I think you can get a better cut in another barbershop for a much lower price. As a SUPPLIER, "VERY WAY" to the suppliers, the owners have not paid me for more than 4 months, which is not ethical or professional. What a shame for what happened they lost a good customer, and a good supplier.

I had come regularly and it seemed good to me for the price and attention of a boy named Jesus; However, today I decided that I will not return, for the following reasons: the last two times I noticed they did not wear face masks (the receptionist and who cut my hair) also, who attended me (I did not know his name), constantly looked at his cell phone and seemed distracted (I understand we all do it, but this did not seem like an emergency), the receptionist recorded a video for her story where the boy who cut my hair danced (this is not done with a client, unless you consult him - although they do not focus on ti- it's just work) and the last straw was that when I left, I asked for change in the box to give a tip and since I didn't have it, I decided to go out to change to the Oxxo, and I heard the boy yell "thanks for the tip" , he was actually going to give it to himself, he just had no change. In the end, I went back and left him money (even though he didn't deserve it). I hope they improve and give better attention to their future clients.

Excellent barbershop. The work of the barbers is very professional, the place is comfortable and the prices are fair (I recommend making an appointment with Edgar).

My only comment is about the outline of my eyebrow that was not to my liking (that is, poorly done) considering that I have been doing it for more than 20 years out there, the service is excellent and the professional staff, without problem I return for the service and attention, the price depends on what the person is willing to pay, for my taste OK
