Primero, pedí un modelo y, el día de la instalación me dijeron que no lo tenían. Me pidieron escoger otro, y, al final, me mandaron el que ellos quisieron. El instalador diluyó el pegamento con agua, aludiendo a que no le habían dejado suficiente material. Una loseta se rompió a los dos días de haber realizado la instalación y nunca quisieron venir a mi domicilio a cambiarla, dado que su ruptura se debió a un error del instalador. Me dijeron que me permitirían hablar con el encargado y dejaron de responder mis mensajes. Definitivamente, no volvería a comprar nada en este lugar.

First, I ordered a model and, on the day of installation, they told me they didn't have it. They asked me to choose another one, and in the end, they sent me the one they wanted. The installer diluted the glue with water, saying that they had not left enough material. A tile was broken two days after the installation and they never wanted to come to my home to change it, since its rupture was due to an installer error. They told me they would allow me to speak to the manager and stopped responding to my messages. I would definitely not buy anything from this place again.
