Apparently they never have inventory to do service, a camera broke down, two components were burned, they came to see, diagnosed and said they would return the next day because they had to request it from the warehouse. They had to be paid in advance !, and two weeks passed and they did not come to do the repair. We take the opportunity to request another camera and then we are going to start the third week and they do not appear here because they have not reached them. So their offer is to sell security systems, but they only install if I pay them in advance before installation, because if not, they are not allowed to take the equipment out of the warehouse, but they still take CENTURIES to serve you, centuries to install. The saleswoman only wants to deal with the owner and if someone else asks for information, she does not answer or even give the time. She only deals with the owner. IF THE CAMERAS WERE INSTALLED, IT IS FOR SAFETY, AND IT MAY TAKE TWO WEEKS OR MORE TO REPAIR OR INSTALL. What security? By the way, since Monday they said they were arriving on Thursday, on Thursday 15 minutes came, they changed the little things that were burned, but the camera still hasn't reached them, that today Saturday the 16th and at 12:18 p.m., no camera, nothing.
