★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, me tuvieron esperando 10minutos afuera porque tenían cerrado cuando en ningún lado decía que iban a cerrar, cuando llegó la muchacha ni siquiera me pidió disculpas.
Terrible customer service, they kept me waiting outside for 10 minutes because they were closed when nowhere said they were going to close, when the girl arrived she didn't even apologize to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísima experiencia.... aparte de cobrate el 5 % por pago con tarjeta de débito... te condicionan el empaque por marca...y de paso te reafirma una supuesta representante de una "marca" que no está de acuerdo en que se te de otro empaque si llevo cosas de bebé y aparte de adulto... como si te regalaran las cosas, mi consumo fue de 900.00 y un poco más... mi experiencia ahí ha sido fatal, ni lo recomiendo y tampoco regreso a ese lugar... cero empatía... recordar que la primera impresión es la que cuenta
Very bad experience .... apart from charging 5% for payment by debit card ... they condition the packaging by brand ... and incidentally reaffirms a supposed representative of a "brand" who does not agree that If I carry baby things and other than adult things ... as if they gave you the things, my consumption was 900.00 and a little more ... my experience there has been fatal, I do not recommend it and I do not return to that place ... zero empathy ... remember that the first impression is what counts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, se supone que abren a las 11:00 y eran las 11:30 y todavía seguía cerrado, entré y pregunté por un producto y me dijeron que no estaba disponible cuando una noche antes había preguntado si tenían en stock y me dijeron que si. Lleve otra cosa y no entregan nota de venta o ticket, ni siquiera un “Gracias” al final te dan.
Terrible customer service, they are supposed to open at 11:00 and it was 11:30 and it was still closed, I went in and asked for a product and they told me it was not available when one night before I had asked if they had in stock and I they said yes. Bring something else and they do not deliver a sales note or ticket, not even a "Thank you" at the end they give you.
