★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay forma de comunicarse con el taller y por un daño menor se tardaron semana y media pero la reparación debo decir que se ve muy bien. Les hubiera puesto 5 estrellas si tan solo me hubieran contestado los correos o las llamadas.
There is no way to communicate with the workshop and for a minor damage it took a week and a half but the repair I must say that it looks very good. I would have given them 5 stars if only they had answered my emails or calls.

I went to leave my car due to a mishap that I had and it took almost 3 hours for them to attend to me only to leave the vehicle and it takes until to pick it up a lady took 2 hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO servicio. Nunca contestan el teléfono, nunca me dieron diagnostico, nunca me dieron presupuesto, nunca me hablaron para aprobar nada. y se tardaron mas de un mes en entregarme. NO LO RECOMIENDO. Suficiente razón para cambiarme de seguro.
Terrible service. They never answer the phone, they never gave me a diagnosis, they never gave me an estimate, they never spoke to me to approve anything. and it took more than a month to deliver. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Enough reason to switch insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bastante malo. Para todo te dan largas y no son claros con la información. No contestan llamadas o mensajes.
Si dejan su coche ahí estén preparados para que esté mas de un mes y estar peleándose constantemente con ellos para que les den una actualización.
The service is pretty bad. They give you long for everything and are not clear with the information. They do not answer calls or messages.
If you leave your car there, be prepared for it to be more than a month and be constantly fighting with them to get an update.

Cuando llamo para dar seguimiento, se la pasan dándome largas, buscando que el cliente se desespere.
Pésimo servicio.
They have been with my truck for 3 months and they cannot deliver, they move something and break something else.
When I call to follow up, they keep putting me off, trying to make the customer despair.
Terrible service.
