★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy lento la reparación del vehículo, más de un mes y aún no lo entregan! Argumentan que por falta de refacciones, uno tiene que estar atrás de ellos para saber el estatus, nunca se comunican ni dan informes del avance.
Very slow to repair the vehicle, more than a month and still not delivered! They argue that due to lack of spare parts, one has to be behind them to know the status, they never communicate or give progress reports.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio nunca contestan los teléfonos,se tardan muchísimo, te provocan daños y no t avisan, no cumplen nada de lo q dicen y trabajan muy mal!!!
Terrible service they never answer the phones, they take a long time, they cause you damage and they don't notify you, they don't do anything they say and they work very badly!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención fue buena, el trabajo en mi auto se hizo rápido y la entrega fue antes de lo programado. Dan garantía en la reparación. Lo único que mejoraría es el tema del papeleo, pero entiendo que parte se debe al proceso propio de las aseguradoras.
The service was good, the work on my car was done quickly and the delivery was ahead of schedule. They give guarantee on the repair. The only thing that would improve is the issue of paperwork, but I understand that part of it is due to the insurance companies' own process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taller con convenido de aseguradora, la atención es de buena a regular, hay que estar llamando, para que te den seguimiento de tu reparación. Tardaron 1 mes en proveer neumático. Mucho por mejorar.
Workshop with agreed insurer, the attention is good to regular, you have to be calling, so that they follow up on your repair. It took them 1 month to supply a tire. Much to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención. Nunca llaman para comentarte lo que necesita tu auto; debes de estar tras de ellos y el enlace de cómo va el avance de tu carro no lo modifican. Es muy mal servicio. Se tardan demasiado justificando que no tienen las refacciones.
Bad attention. They never call to tell you what your car needs; You must be behind them and the link of how the progress of your car is going does not modify it. It is very bad service. They take too long justifying that they don't have the spare parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que como saben que tenemos que traer aquí los autos gracias a las aseguradoras, dan un pésimo servicio. Se tardan demasiado para recibir, para entregar. La carga de trabajo supera la capacidad del personal. Sino pueden con la chamba mejor no se comprometan con las aseguradoras. Y ojalá las aseguradoras en mi caso Banorte cambie de talleres.
I think that since they know that we have to bring the cars here thanks to the insurers, they give a lousy service. They take too long to receive, to deliver. The workload exceeds the capacity of the staff. If you can't with the job better, don't compromise with the insurers. And hopefully the insurers in my case Banorte change workshops.
