Soy extranjera y vengo de un país donde tener ayuda en la casa es algo normal por lo que, los primeros meses en Ciudad de México fueron muy complicados ya que no me atrevía a contratar a nadie directo en una ciudad donde no conocía a nadie. Aliada,desde hace 4 años, vino a solucionarlo. Genera confianza, las personas que he tenidon (2 aliadas, la última fija los últimos 3 años) son muy puntuales y el uso digital (para cobros y cancelaciones) no me ja fallado. Altamente recomendado.
I am a foreigner and I come from a country where having help at home is normal, so the first months in Mexico City were very complicated since I did not dare to hire anyone directly in a city where I did not know anyone. Aliada, for 4 years, came to solve it. It builds confidence, the people I have had (2 allies, the last one fixed the last 3 years) are very punctual and the digital use (for collections and cancellations) has not failed me. Highly recommended.

Me encanta, puedo contratar el servicio sin problemas ni demoras. Las aliadas son fabulosas, son puntuales y todas ellas tienen una excelente actitud al momento de ayudar en el hogar. Yo les recomiendo mucho Alida, estoy segura que quedarán muy satisfechos, relajados y felices con su casas relucientes de limpias. :)
I love it, I can hire the service without problems or delays. The allies are fabulous, they are punctual and all of them have an excellent attitude when helping at home. I highly recommend Alida, I am sure you will be very satisfied, relaxed and happy with your sparkling clean houses. :)

Tengo mas de un año y medio usando el servicio y he tenido todo tipo de experiencias con las aliadas, desde excelentemente buenas (la mayoría) hasta una pésima en donde la aliada me llegó diciendo "yo no lavo ni plancho" cuando en la solicitud se especificaba el lavado. Lo que me funcionó, como en cualquier servicio de este tipo, fue probar con varias y quedarme con servicio fijo con la aliada que mejor trabajó. En cuanto a la plataforma, me ha funcionado muy bien y cuando he llegado a tener algún problema, los chicos del chat siempre me han ayudado. La disponibilidad del cobro con tarjeta me resulta muy conveniente. El sistema de calificaciones también me parece funcional. En términos generales, creo que van muy bien y han mejorado mucho.
I have more than a year and a half using the service and I have had all kinds of experiences with allies, from excellently good (most) to a lousy one where the ally came to me saying "I do not wash or iron" when the request was specified the wash. What worked for me, as in any service of this type, was to try several and stay with fixed service with the ally that worked best. As for the platform, it has worked very well for me and when I have had any problems, the chat guys have always helped me. The availability of card collection is very convenient for me. The rating system also seems functional to me. Generally speaking, I think they are going very well and have improved a lot.

Te cobran, te cancelan y se quedan con tu dinero, no te hacen reembolsos, al momento de reservar me cobraron el servicio, horas después me cancelaron y me dicen que reagende con otra aliada, porque el dinero no te lo regresan y se queda a su favor, pero sorpresa no hay más aliadas disponibles para regendar y te tienes que ajustar a la semana en la que ellos tengan horarios, lo cual no funciona porque tú lo necesitas en un tiempo específico por eso lo pagas y contratas. Así que finalmente se quedaron con mi dinero sin darme el servicio.
They charge you, they cancel you and they keep your money, they do not give you refunds, at the time of booking they charged me for the service, hours later they canceled me and they tell me to re-book with another ally, because the money is not returned to you and it stays at their favor, but surprise there are no more allies available to regender and you have to adjust to the week in which they have schedules, which does not work because you need it at a specific time so you pay and hire it. So they finally took my money without giving me the service.

Hace ya varios años que contrato los servicios de limpieza de la empresa "Aliada". Había tenido algunos inconvenientes menores, pero hoy me decepcioné mucho del servicio al cliente, al grado de considerar ya no utilizarlo ni recomendarlo (lo cual había hecho hasta hoy). La aliada que vino a mi casa rompió el vaso de mi licuadora. Ya había roto algo antes en mi casa, lo cual dejé pasar porque considero que son accidentes que pueden ocurrir. Sin embargo, que esto se repita ya no está bien. La aliada no ofreció ninguna disculpa por ello, solo indicó que la empresa lo reembolsaría. Además de esto, quizás con la caída de la licuadora, se abrió una de las llaves de gas de la estufa y ella no dijo ni hizo nada al respecto. Fue hasta que me di cuenta (ella estaba en la cocina y yo en una recámara del fondo) que tuve que ir a investigar y apagar la estufa. Decidí concluir con el servicio porque no me sentí segura con estos riesgos. Me comuniqué con la empresa para compartir estos inconvenientes y la amarga sorpresa es que me atendió ni mas ni menos que la hija de la aliada (que "aliada" no fue para mí, por cierto, ni siquiera ofreció una disculpa por lo sucedido). Esto es una completa falta de ética e integridad, además de un conflicto de intereses. Cabe mencionar que, aunque sí me van a reembolsar el vaso, me cobraron por el servicio, lo cual el único mensaje que me da es que mi seguridad no es importante para la empresa. Fue una terrible experiencia. No debieron permitir que un familiar atendiera la queja, esto no es profesional. Las aliadas deben ofrecer una disculpa cuando suceden estos incidentes y la empresa debe ser más sensible a la experiencia y necesidades del cliente. Perdí tiempo y dinero, en vez de ganar la tranquilidad que se supone, ofrece "Aliada". Ya no confío en Aliada.
Several years ago I contracted the cleaning services of the company "Aliada". I had had some minor issues, but today I was very disappointed in the customer service, to the point of considering not using or recommending it anymore (which I had done until today). The ally who came to my house broke my blender jar. I had already broken something before in my house, which I let go because I consider that they are accidents that can happen. However, repeating this is no longer okay. The ally did not offer any apology for this, only indicated that the company would reimburse it. On top of this, perhaps with the blender falling, one of the gas taps on the stove came on and she didn't say or do anything about it. It wasn't until I realized (she was in the kitchen and I was in a back bedroom) that I had to go investigate and turn off the stove. I decided to end the service because I did not feel safe with these risks. I contacted the company to share these inconveniences and the bitter surprise is that none other than the daughter of the ally attended me (which "ally" was not for me, by the way, she did not even offer an apology for what happened). This is a complete lack of ethics and integrity, as well as a conflict of interest. It is worth mentioning that, although they will reimburse me for the glass, they charged me for the service, which the only message it gives me is that my safety is not important to the company. It was a terrible experience. They should not have allowed a family member to attend to the complaint, this is not professional. The allies must offer an apology when these incidents occur and the company must be more sensitive to the experience and needs of the client. I wasted time and money, instead of gaining the peace of mind that "Aliada" is supposed to offer. I no longer trust Aliada.

I think something happened with management. I was charged for 2 services in which the aliada never showed up. Every reschedule was cancelled and after trying to get my money back they stopped answering my emails. I was not the only client having trouble at the time - they left all of us without a resolution. Don’t use them or trust them.

Cancelled service repeatedly. The one time a housekeeper actually bothered showing up, she did a terrible job. The customer service is COMPLETELY unhelpful. I was left waiting 2 days in a row while their person didn't show up. It is completely disrespectful of my time. It's a great idea for someone who only needs a maid occasionally or someone who wants to see if the person they're hiring will work out, but the people running this business are completely incompetent.
