Un servicio muy malo, el chofer sin respeto a los viajeros con su musica a todo volumen en un viaje de 6am, le pudo bajrle y me dice que este es un servicio de segunda que no espere que las cosas sean de primera

Abordamos el autobus en el cual no nos repetaron los asientos asignados , el aire acondicionado no servia, subio mas gente a unas cuadras de la central de autobuses Emprzo a tener problemas electricos y siguio su trayecto, en una de sus tantas paradas para bajar pasaje la puerta no quizo abrir. Apagaron el camion y ya no quizo encender, se le pregunto al chofer que iva a hacer y dijo que esperaba que alduien le pasara corriente para encenderlo , paso otro camion de la linea y no quizo ayudar ni subir pasaje. Esta linea no da soport y ayuda al usuario.

Que PESIMO servicio telefónico tienen, hable al teléfono que viene en su pagina y la señorita de nombre Susana (ese fue el que me dio) no me dio el teléfono correcto para facturación y simplemente colgó. Le llamo para facturación y no voy a poder facturar porque la que contesta esta de malas y no da servicio. Y no tienen otro numero y solo contesta ella, toda una empresa depende del humor de la recepcionista, echa a perder el trabajo de toda una compañía.

No tienen servicio de internet los autobuses tal como lo expresan en su página web y además no respetan el descuento a alumnos y mestros por que exigen la credencial vigente cuando deberían de aceptar la que se trae porque el ciclo escolar se cambio de fecha y aún no nos actualizan la nueva. La vigencia se da cada ciclo escolar, NO cada dos años como ellos lo argumentan para evitar hacer el descuento. NO SE VALE.
The buses do not have internet service as expressed on their website and also do not respect the discount for students and teachers because they require the valid credential when they should accept the one that is brought because the school year has changed date and not yet they update us the new one. Por que tienen la mala costumbre de vender boletos "directos", cuando parecen urbanos, y se paran en todos lados a recoger gente y se pasean por toda la ciudad de los mochis y Guasave.. Hasta por tacos se paran.. Que rollo???

El trato por parte del personal de ventanilla fue grosero y dejo mucho que desear. Por cuestión de turismo ni siquiera el acceso a cambio de dolares y mucho menos tarjeta. Front desk personal was about the worst we've experience . It's important they start updating to newer payment methods for everyone's sake card , dollars etc !

Buenos transportes pero aveces se llegan a tardar demasiado me llegar por los pasajeros y se te hace muy tarde ⏰ para realizar tus actividades durante el día y eso llega a molestar mucho y cuando te quieres bajar del camión no se para completamente y sigue en movimiento el camión y eso no llega hacer seguro para los pasajeros abordo cuando se quieren bajar de camión y no te hacen caso los conductores y aveces no se paran en tu destino y conductores muy groseros servicio nada recomendable (al quien lea esto mejor tome un taxi o un Uber o otro medio de trasporte que un Camión de estos amemos que se quiera llevar una mala experiencia)
