★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nada más no me pueden corregir dos facturas, que ellos mismos asentaron mal el nombre de la alumna, estoy muy arrepentido de inscribir a mi hija en una de sus universidades.
Terrible service, nothing else can correct two bills, which themselves misstated the name of the student, I am very sorry to enroll my daughter in one of their universities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es verdaderamente frustrante que no puedas pedir información por que no hay nadie quién atienda y sobre todo no tengas opciones para poder disipar tus dudas se supone que estás pagando y debería existir alguien en cada posición de la Universidad pero al parecer todos están en otro lugar
It is really frustrating that you cannot ask for information because there is no one to attend and above all you do not have options to dispel your doubts, you are supposed to be paying and there should be someone in each position of the University but apparently everyone is somewhere else

Ojalá puedan checar bien la gente que contratan para dar ese servicio de atención a clientes porque les da muy mala presentación.
Too bad that you can't ask for information if you don't give your data very bad service from rude and haughty watssap
Hopefully they can check well the people they hire to provide that customer service because it gives them a very bad presentation.
