★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner, Alicia is very friendly and from the US, so obviously there isn't any language barrier. They've got hammocks in some of the rooms that you can hang up, which is super awesome. Also, we got our own private bathroom, and our sheets were changed every day. I would definitely stay here again, and would also recommend any friends coming to Cozumel to stay here as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On six different occasions, I have stayed at Alicia's and they all have been wonderful. She and Chucco are the best hots - it's like home away from home. The breakfasts are the best and it's nice having a bakery and restaurants nearby. Love that it is off the beaten path, offering a more relaxed setting and authentic neighborhood. Definitely the place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have spent three weeks at Alicia's. Love staying here for BNB. Chuck has breakfast going early. House located near three good places to eat and within 10 minutes from about five more places to eat. And sitting on patio for talking is great.. Looking forward toy next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was such a lovely stay! Alicia and Chuco's place is wonderful and quiet, yet not too far from the busy center. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, it's great to not have to worry about eating in the morning, let alone get fed delicious fresh fruit and fresh guacamole. Sunday was an omelette, Monday was waffles :)
Such great value for a private room. I hope to stay again!
Bonus - it's very close to La Conchita del Caribe, which was a great seafood restaurant.
