It's been like a month since I came here to get a balayage done, I wasn't sure about doing it here for 2 reasons, 1 I'm not from here and trusting your hair to strangers is super difficult AND 2 because of the bad comments I get to read. With all due respect, I mentioned them to them and they took the time to explain every detail, every color, every discoloration, etc. to me. We last approx 20 to 25 min seeing each of my doubts or fears! In the end it made me feel so much calmer! The truth is I was very comfortable and I loved the job! It is seen that they know what they are doing. Many thanks to the owner for taking the time and for his patience!

Unfortunately in this place not only did they not come close to what I asked for, they burned my hair, they painted it pink! And the roots only the photos speak of how bad they left me. Although the service is good and the people friendly, they do not know what they are doing. Once I told my family, it turned out that my cousins ​​also ruined their hair. I have not been able to recover it yet and the colors continue to come out. Now the answer says that I arrive badly, which I have photos that show that no, I arrived with a tone and asked for red color with rays as in any room. They told me the best thing was to discolor it and they ruined it as they see in the photos lounge leaves you worse than how you arrive and with those roots that I did not have (I did not have rays or those colors). When washed they mixed it (badly) and it came out pink and with roots of 5 colors I offered to repair it the next day after 6 hours there! Of course I had to go elsewhere and pay to have it shaved after spending a lot of money on products that I still treat for my burned hair. After my cousins ​​told me that the same thing had happened to them, of course I just came back to tell them how bad they had left me and that I could not risk it again. and of course when washing it wrong knowing and mixing the bottom part with the rays that made me came out pink and the roots of various colors! I have spent hours and money to continue repairing it today again I had to go to the lounge because the rose resurfaced. Finally, the photo I showed them was MY photo of previous times where always in my living room where I used to live before I was painted bine, not a magazine! I never asked for anything weird I did not have the hair I finish. Again the photos show everything. Before and after. They also took a picture of me there they can upload it so they can see how my hair was not like that. It saddens me that 3 people have already gone through the same thing my cousin says her hair fell apart and she cried! I trust a lot in google reviews and hopefully as they have helped me at times this time it can help that someone does not pass the same thing or the room be more careful, not offer to repair it because it is ruined.

A business that boasts of being professional cannot afford these bad comments. The photos of "their jobs" speak for you and if you know that a job is not guaranteed, better not sign up. They lose credibility. I'm not going to stop at that place insane, even if they have a thousand wonderful comments, I don't risk being the next one in disagreement.

Well, I first checked to ask for details and price of a balayage. I made my appointment and went to paint it. And at the mere hour they charged me more than it was because they tell me they did a color bath, and that's why the cost went up. They never told me that they would do it and that it had an additional cost to the price they had told me and they just told me when I was going to pay. No way of not wanting to pay if they tell me just then. In addition they left me waiting half an hour after my agreed appointment and between drying hair another half hour waiting. Because they started attending to another person. My experience: I DO NOT RETURN!
