★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La empresa bien pero algunos de sus empleados que dicen trabajar alli al momento de salir a ruta a entregar se comportan peor que microbuseros según decia llamarse Antonio Olvera la verdad que con esa actitud hasta lo dudo ya que pateo mi camioneta y se fuerón rapidisimo, uno no tiene tanta experiencia en la calle para hacer persecusiones pero ojalá y pongan atención a mi comentario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una llamada para hacer un pedido a las 5:58 de la tarde, me contestaron y para hacer el pedido pregunte precios, no me los quisieron dar , me los querían mandar por correo por qué ya se querían ir! Me pareció una falta de educación y de atención al cliente tremenda! Si contestan una llamada dos minutos antes de su hora de salida, tienen que atender al cliente! Muy mal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de la señorita que me invitó a degustar nuevos productos fue excelente.
Por otro lado pedí una caja de queso amarillo además de más productos. Reconozco mi responsabilidad al no haber contado los quesos al momento pero creo que lo que menos esperas al reportar que la caja venía incompleta es una respuesta como " el chófer no lo va a esperar a que cuente " primera y última vez que pido con ellos. Y para terminar el repartidor entro al local sin cubrebocas a lo que solo comentaron que lo iban a checar.
Ahora entiendo porque en la.platica de la degustación nos dijeron que sams y tiendas parecidas les han quitado clientes.
