Spanish (English below) Situacion.- Nosotros contactamos a Alimentos Treechil para que fabricara las salsas que nosotros vendemos en Canada. Acordamos un precio, mandamos pago,fuimos a Monterrey para que ellos desarrollaran las formulacion,consistencia y sabor de acuerdo a las salsas que nosotros les proporcionamos como muestra. La cantidad que se les pago fue muy cerca de $40,000 dolares Canadienses,esto es para 10 tarimas de salsas. Ellos nos dieron muestras,las cuales fueron aprovadas por nosotros. Cuando recibimos el embarque de salsas que ellos nos hicieron, vimos que las salsas que ellos hicieron.- *No tenian la consistencia aprovada *El sabor no era el mismo *Dejaron una capota negra hasta arriba de la salsa, el cual es el aceite,vinagre y agua que no fue mezclado. *Las salsas picantes no pican. *Los vegetales de la salsa verde NO piquante no fueron de acuerdo a las especificaciones. *No fueron hervidas lo suficiente ni a la temperatura pedida, ya que las salsas se hechan a perder muy rapido y algunas que aun estan cerradas ya estan hechadas a perder. Ellos y nosotros firmamos un contrato el cual dice que si por cualquier razon no nos satisface el producto que ellos nos mandan, nos devolverian el dinero y aparte el dinero de los viaticos. Hemos contactado a el encargado y uno de los duenos de la empresa, Hanzel Valdez Valdez, acerca de este tema, el simplemente nos ha dado largas diciendo que va a ver que puede hacer y despues nos habla. Ya que no nos ha hablado, nosotros le hablamos otra vez y nunca esta y las ultimas dos veces que hablamos descuelgan el telefono y luego luego vuelven a colgar. ENGLISH My company contacted Alimentos Treechil to see if they could manufacture the salsas I make and sell in Canada. We agreed on a price,sent payment,went to Monterrey so they could copy the formulation and everything about the product we sell,we gave them some samples so they could copy it. The amount we paid them is close to $40,000 CDN, this is for the production of 10 pallets of salsas. They gave us samples of the salsas they madder us,which were approved by us.When we received the shipment of salsas here in Canada, we saw the following.- *The consistency is all wrong (nothing like our salsas and even different from one salsa to another from the salsas the made) *The flavour is not the same *The left a thick black liquid layer (which is the vinegar,olive oil and water that wasn't mixed) *The HOT salsas are not hot. *The veggies on the Green Mild salsa are all chunky *The salsas were not boiled enough and not in the temperatures we told them. We know this because the shelf life is just of a week and some jars that are still closed, once opened,they smell rotten. Before production, we signed a contract saying that if for any reason we reject their product, they would reimburse all the money we paid them plus all other expenses related to this production (Trips, storage of the pallets,etc). We had contacted the owner of the company, the person we dealt with from the beginning about this subject and he has told us several times that he is going to see what he can do and would call us back.Since he hasn't called, we decided to call him several times and every time now, they just answer the phone, the han up right away. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to do any type of deal with this company and people, since as you can see they prefer to make a quick buck than to make honest,repetitive business.
