★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicimos un pedido y cuando lo recogimos nos fuimos a comer y nos damos cuenta de que es una orden diferente, es decir, nos dieron el pedido de alguien más; volvemos al local para notificar y nos reciben el pedido, entran a la cocina y nos dan el correcto, pero recibieron el otro a sabiendas de que para darme cuenta de que se equivocaron debí abrir ambas charolas, la verdad, con la contingencia por Covid-19, espero que ese producto no se haya entregado a nadie más, pese a que estoy sano, por precaucion me pareció que ese platillo se debió desechar y espero que así haya sido. Por otra parte, cuando me dieron el correcto me doy cuenta de que los boneless están quemados por fuera y varias piezas estaban parcialmente crudas por dentro.
We placed an order and when we picked it up we went to eat and we realized that it was a different order, that is, we received someone else's order; We go back to the place to notify and they receive the order, they enter the kitchen and they give us the correct one, but they received the other one knowing that to realize that they were wrong I had to open both trays, the truth, with the contingency for Covid- 19, I hope that this product has not been given to anyone else, even though I am healthy, as a precaution it seemed to me that this dish should have been discarded and I hope it has been. On the other hand, when they gave me the correct one I realize that the boneless are burned on the outside and several pieces were partially raw on the inside.
