Si quieres un buen servicio dirígete con el verdadero encargado para que no tengas algun detalle.
 novice personnel do not deliver a report or note that the car is delivered in what condition it is. the kids get angry as if it were your fault. They don't want to deliver the car with detail arranged by the repair and painting staff. If you want a good service, go to the real manager so you don't have any details.
