El brisket de los mejores que he probado y su brunch dominical es una joya. Hay que llegar temprano para alcanzar esas quesabirrias maravillosas. Los postres uff! The food is spectacular! They take every detail very seriously so that the meat tastes like Texan smoke. The brisket is one of the best I've ever tasted and their Sunday brunch is a gem. You have to arrive early to reach those wonderful quesabirrias. The desserts wow!

Lo que DEBEN de pedir es la quesabirria de brisket, que aunque no va precisamente con lo agringado del concepto, la propuesta vale la pena. Tiene el gran plus de compartir espacio con falling y por ende, la selección de cervezas está a un abrir y cerrar de ojos. Lo más o menos, aunque bueno a secas fue su platter de carnes, el brisket estuvo muy seco, el pulled pork un poco seco que podrían haber mejorado con un baño honoroso de salsa BBQ en vez de ponerle una cucharadita, la salchicha demasiado equis, la costilla buenísima jugosa y gran sabor, el Mac&Cheese raro en sabor pero tan poco común que lo hizo bueno, sus frijoles más parecidos a unos frijoles rancheros que unos buenos baked beans gringos y su coleslaw también dejando mucho que desear. Por último lo malo, la atención a pesar de no haber tanta gente fue tardada aunque amable, el hecho de que comparten lugar pareciera hacer que a los meseros se les olvida si llegaste o si quieres irte, la comida tardó un poco más de lo esperado asumiendo que nada es precisamente preparado en el momento, todas las carnes supongo se encuentran ya cocidas y reservadas para ser cortadas y emplatadas. En conclusión y a pesar de los detalles ya escritos, a mí gusto el lugar, la experiencia y los sabores, superan a las opciones de BBQ ya conocidas de la CDMX. La cerveza del Falling el game changer. Definitivamente volvería. A pure American-style BBQ place, much better experience than other places of the same type and that are more popular. What they MUST order is the brisket quesabirria, which although it does not exactly go with the grungy concept, the proposal is worth it. It has the great plus of sharing space with falling and therefore, the selection of beers is just a blink of an eye away. The most or less, although good to dry, was their meat platter, the brisket was very dry, the pulled pork a little dry that could have been improved with an honorable bath of BBQ sauce instead of putting a teaspoon on it, the sausage too X, the very good juicy rib and great flavor, the Mac&Cheese rare in flavor but so unusual that it made it good, its beans more similar to ranch beans than good gringo baked beans and its coleslaw also leaving much to be desired. Lastly, the bad, the service, despite not having so many people, was slow but friendly, the fact that they share a place seems to make the waiters forget if you arrived or if you want to leave, the food took a little longer than expected Assuming that nothing is precisely prepared at the moment, all the meats are already cooked and reserved to be cut and served. In conclusion and despite the details already written, I like the place, the experience and the flavors, they surpass the already known BBQ options of CDMX. The beer of Falling the game changer. I would definitely go back.

Pedimos un sampler, la comida estuvo rica en especial el Pulled Pork y las costillas, el Mac n Cheese y los frijoles también. Lo único que nos falló fue el Brisket, estaba muy seco y siento que se enfrió muy rápido. Tienen 3 baños mixtos, sería mejor que tuvieran 1 para hombres, 1 mujeres y uno mixto. También otro punto que no me agradó del todo es que las bebidas tengas que pedirlas al Falling Piano en una cuenta separada y ordenar a 2 meseros diferentes. Les dejo 3 estrellas por estos detalles. The decoration of the place is nice, we went on a weekend at 4 PM and the service was fast. We ordered a sampler, the food was delicious, especially the Pulled Pork and the ribs, the Mac n Cheese and the beans as well. The only thing that failed us was the Brisket, it was very dry and I feel like it got cold very quickly. They have 3 mixed baths, it would be better if they had 1 for men, 1 for women and one mixed. Also another point that I didn't like at all is that the drinks you have to order from the Falling Piano in a separate account and order from 2 different waiters. I give them 3 stars for these details.

El pulled pork y el pork belly están de 10, las costillas también están bastante buenas. El ambiente, agradable, si llegas temprano está bastante acogedor, el servicio es un poco lento, las bebidas se pagan en otra cuenta ya que el lugar no cuenta con bebidas, esas se piden en el otro local y a otro mesero (no entendí el punto) Mi problema más grande fueron los baños. De entrada son 3 y son MIXTOS, además muy sucios, como mujer es súper incómodo estar compartiendo baños con los varones, además que no me quiero imaginar cuando esté muy lleno. Las tres Estrellas son por el asunto de tener que pedir a dos meseros diferentes con cuentas separadas y por los terribles baños.
