The problem arises when I went to his home and the security person initially told me that this company does not exist at that home, I showed him the conversations with the AllSchool person and finally he found the phone number, he told me that he dialed but that the The company was not open to the public and they told him not to be delivering packages. I want to make the clarification that I confirmed the day before that I could go for my package, which I also showed with a message to the security person, but he simply told me that he was following instructions. Very bad customer service, they had me waiting 2 months for some shirts that I finally canceled. And that's good because they charged me here at 295 and I found them somewhere else at 85 pesos. They do not have the sense of customer service, they told me that they had no delivery date and that I should be calling to know if the t-shirts had arrived, the last straw! Uniform orders are expensive and more with shipping. I do not buy here again!

Very fast in filling orders. However, they take a long time in their inventory, when a book runs out, I suppose not because of them, but because of publishers or printers. To which I think they should be careful and have a greater number of pieces in their inventing it and give better follow-up to their customers when a copy is out of stock. At least to see if we decide to wait or look elsewhere for the copy.
