★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre comrpo todo lo que mi hijo necesita para su guitarra ahí y siempre me atendía un joven muy amable de lentes pero últimamente las veces que he ido me atiende una señorita que lamentablemente no tiene tacto con los clientes, me atiende con el celular en la mano me responde de mala manera y me ha dado costos elevados de cosas que siempre compro y no tienen ese costo y creo que se molestó por qué no la escuche, hay mucho ruido afuera y no habla fuerte
Espero que para la próxima visita no sea así, la tienda es muy bonita pero una persona así sólo mancha la imagen de la tienda
I always buy everything my son needs for his guitar there and I was always attended by a very friendly young man with glasses but lately the times I have gone I am attended by a lady who unfortunately has no tact with customers, she attends me with her cell phone in her hand She answers me in a bad way and has given me high costs for things that I always buy and they don't have that cost and I think she got upset because I didn't listen to her, there is a lot of noise outside and she doesn't speak loudly
I hope that for the next visit it will not be like that, the store is very nice but a person like that only tarnishes the image of the store
